Mechanical Design Engineer (SolidWorks)

We are looking for a designer to develop the mechanical design of our fruit and vegetable sorting lines, working closely with production.

What you will do

  • Mechanical design of conveyors, sorters, brushing, drying and packing units
  • Part, assembly and drawing production in SolidWorks
  • Design for sheet metal, profile and machined manufacturing; material and fastener selection
  • Line layout planning for the customer site and integration into existing lines
  • Prototype work with the production and assembly teams, revisions based on field feedback
  • Technical documentation and spare part lists

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical/Mechatronics Technology
  • Hands-on experience with SolidWorks parts, assemblies and drawings
  • Technical drawing, GD&T and tolerancing knowledge
  • Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication (laser, press brake) and welded structures
  • Awareness of hygienic design for food-contact equipment is an advantage
  • Technical English, reading and writing

Nice to have

  • Experience with SolidWorks PDM or a similar product data management system
  • Advanced use of the Sheet Metal and Weldment modules
  • Experience in food processing, packaging or agricultural machinery
  • AutoCAD for 2D layout drawings

Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a purchasing specialist to run material and service procurement for our machine manufacturing, working with domestic and international suppliers.

What you will do

  • Procurement of sheet metal, profiles, bearings, gearmotors, pneumatic and electrical components
  • Supplier research, collecting quotations, comparing price and lead time
  • Order follow-up, delivery scheduling and coordination with production planning
  • Import processes: proforma, letter of credit, customs and freight organisation
  • Supplier evaluation, alternative sourcing and cost reduction work
  • Stock monitoring and supply risk management for critical items

What we are looking for

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Purchasing experience, preferably in machine manufacturing or industrial production
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret material specifications
  • Good English — able to correspond and negotiate with international suppliers
  • ERP experience and advanced Excel
  • Negotiation skills, cost awareness and disciplined follow-up

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of foreign trade and customs legislation
  • Experience working with European component suppliers
  • A second foreign language
