Only the data you submit is processed through this website:

• Contact form: full name, company, e-mail, country, produce of interest, estimated capacity and your message.
• Spare parts order form: company name, tax number, contact person, phone, e-mail, country, delivery address and order note.
• Your cookie choice: which categories you consented to and the date of consent.

The language preference and cart contents stored in your browser remain on your own device and are not transmitted to us.

• Assessing and responding to your enquiries and quotation requests
• Processing your spare parts orders
• Conducting pre-contractual discussions
• Meeting our legal obligations
• Recording your cookie preference

4. Legal basis

Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Non-essential cookies are processed on the basis of your explicit consent under Art. 5/1.

5. Transfers

Data submitted through the forms is shared internally only to the extent required to handle your request. If you consent to video content, your browser connects directly to YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) servers and your IP address may be seen by that service provider.

6. Retention
